We use specialized cold chain shipping to ensure your perishable items arrive fresh. Our insulated packaging with gel ice packs keeps items at safe temperatures during transit.
We can ship dry goods to PO Boxes via USPS. However, frozen and fresh items requiring cold chain shipping must be delivered to a physical address where someone can receive them.
Yes! During checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date for your order. This is especially useful for holiday meal planning. We recommend scheduling 2-3 days before your event.
For non-perishable items, packages will be left at your door. For cold chain deliveries, we recommend having someone available to receive the package and refrigerate items promptly.
Currently, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states and territories). International shipping may be available in the future.
